Previous Product Next ProductOur Luppolo Brewing whisky is the second in our Community collaboration whiskies. Odd Society teamed up with Luppolo Brewing Co., located just a few blocks away in East Van.
The mash is loosely based on Luppolo's New World Sour beer, which features their own house blend yeast. The mash bill contains barley, rye, wheat, and some buckwheat. The result is surprisingly light, with candied brittle on the nose, and hints of toasted pecan, cherry, straw, and candied lemon peel on the palette. The whisky ends with a very smooth, long, satisfying finish.
