From the sun-drenched markets of the Middle East with the exotic Alou Plum, to the wild, rugged forests of Eastern Europe captured in Blackcurrant, down to the golden, sunbaked plains of South Africa with Red Rooibos, and finally embracing the fiery, lush energy of South America with Charred Pineapple.

Alou Plum Wallflower Gin
Crafted from the grain up, this sultry traveler builds on our signature 100% BC-grown grain spirit with the sun-drenched richness of the Middle East. This gin is infused with the deep, candied sweetness of Alou Plums and elevated by the aromatic warmth of cardamom and the delicate luxury of saffron. The added blend of world-inspired botanicals leaves an herbaceously soft dryness lingering on the palate. The result is a gin that is exotic and intoxicatingly fragrant, yet retains the sophisticated dry elegance of the Wallflower lineage.

Blackcurrant Wallflower Gin
Crafted from the grain up, this bold traditionalist draws its soul from the wild plains and forests of Eastern Europe. This gin is layered with the tart intensity of blackcurrants and the earthy, crisp snap of birch, softened by a delicate hint of marigold, creating a spirit that is vibrant and gives a dark, fruit-forward depth that remains bright, herbaceous, and impeccably balanced. 

Charred Pineapple Wallflower Gin
Crafted from the grain up, this vibrant dreamer captures the lush, spirited energy of South America. Our signature gin meets the caramelized tropical warmth of fresh pineapple charred over fire and blended with bright passionfruit and orange oils, tempered by the deep, unrefined sweetness of panela. This Wallflower is a celebration of tropical complexity that never loses its elegant botanical roots. 
 
Red Rooibos Wallflower Gin
Crafted from the grain up, this earthy soul is a warm tribute to the vast South African landscape. This edition of Wallflower blends premium red rooibos and honeybush teas, infusing robust tannins with a whisper of sweetness from rich forest honey. This spirit feels golden and sun-kissed, incredibly smooth and rich on the palate, yet finishes with the light, refreshing clarity that defines every Wallflower gin.
