LOCAL PICKUP
- Our staff will contact you to confirm your pick up. Pick up times are available during distillery lounge opening hours. If you need to schedule a time outside those hours, please email info@oddsocietyspirits.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will hold your order for four weeks after which time you will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00, and you will be issued a gift card for the remaining amount. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the products you originally ordered will be in stock when you are ready to purchase.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Free Standard Shipping - Minimum Order $130.00 (Please note Free Shipping is calculated on the before-tax total)
- Standard Shipping - $26.00
Shipping rules and regulations may vary depending on location. We reserve the right not to ship to certain communities due to distance or to local liquor restrictions. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for the week are packaged on Saturdays and shipped out on Mondays through Canada Post. Delivery times depend on shipping location and Canada Post schedules.
GIFT CARDS
Cards purchased online are designed to be used for online store purchases only. They cannot be used for cocktails in the lounge. However, you can purchase bottles online using a card and pick them up at the distillery, if you wish. Thank you!
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged an administrative fee of 4% to cover corresponding charges from our platform and credit card companies.
All sales are final once they have been shipped, picked up or delivered.
