Community Collaboration IPA Whiskies with Bomber Brewing

Our Bomber Brewing IPA whiskies are the third and fourth whiskies in our Community collaboration whisky series. Odd Society teamed up with Bomber Brewing, located just a few blocks away in East Van.

The mash is loosely based on their Pacific Northwest IPA. The hops used were Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade hops. For the double IPA, we put Cashmere hops in the gin basket and ran the final spirits vapors through the hops to extract more flavors.

The whiskies are incredibly unique with lots of tropical fruit like mango, pineapple, papaya, on the nose as well as the palate, with lingering pleasing hoppy bitter notes. The Double IPA is definitely more of a flavor bomb, oily and rich, almonst gin-like. Try both side by side to choose your favourite.
