Maple Rye - Limited Release
We aged rye whisky in ex-maple syrup 30 litre barrels for four years. To round out the flavour we blended in some maple smoked single malt just prior to bottling. The resulting whisky is robust and spicy, with notes of dried apricots, cassia, and toasted marshmallow, with a lingering silky maple finish. Why not hoist a glass with Dad in honour of his special day.
375 ml. 46% ABV. Limit two bottles per person.
