Crafted from the grain up, Wallflower London Dry Gin is a bold evolution of our original complex introvert. Distilled in East Vancouver from 100% BC-grown grain, this worldly spirit is a reflection of our dedication to sourcing world class knowledge and ingredients.

Following the same gin-making traditions our Signature Wallflower is known for, using a custom copper pot still that combines maceration and vapour extraction, this version leans into the timeless profile of a traditional London Dry. It is a spirited adventurer, leading with a bold juniper heart and a bright, citrusy trail of grapefruit that creates a crisp, sophisticated dryness.

Soft, smooth, and elegantly round, it’s a thoughtfully crafted bridge between the traditions of the old world and the playful spirit of the West Coast.
